The general purpose of the Pick Packer position is to accurately pick customers' orders and maintain the warehouse and yard. This is a full-time hourly position, Monday to Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm, and Saturdays based on business needs. The starting hourly rate is between $17.00-$17.50 per hour.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

Pick & pull inventory for customer orders ensuring the order matches the ticket. Perform daily yard cleaning and have the yard prepared for the next shift. Load trucks accurately and safely without a Forklift. Perform all duties without damaging inventory. Keep offices and bathrooms clean and put material in dumpsters correctly. Provide service to customers per CBSI standards and the Celtic Service Guarantee (CSG). Other duties as assigned by your Team Leader.

Experience:

Years Warehouse Work Experience Key Competencies & Job Requirements:

Reliable and Punctual. Able to work with a sense of urgency independently and with little supervision. Be able to work well with a team. Be able to take direction. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 90 lbs.
