Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Decoration Division Join one of Cincinnati's largest private companies and a leader in the corporate incentives and product fulfillment industry! We are seeking a determined and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our distribution center in the Decoration Division.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role combines core warehouse functions with support for our decoration process.
Primary duties include:
Picking, unpacking, staging, and re-packaging products, and preparing them for shipment (boxing, labeling). Assisting with decoration-related duties such as updating the production calendar or supporting printing/engraving. General warehouse tasks like assembling kits, loading/unloading products, stocking, and maintaining inventory. Performing quality control to ensure order accuracy.
Requirements:
1-3 years of warehouse experience. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills (High school diploma or equivalent). Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. Must demonstrate attention to detail, organized work habits, and good attendance. Quality control experience preferred.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
