Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Nesco Resource is searching for dynamic and dependable individuals for Assembly/Warehouse positions in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks, including inserting cartridges into product housings and assembling top and bottom components. Actuate devices to ensure proper functionality. Prepare products for packaging, ensuring quality standards are met. Package products manually and utilize machinery to assist with packaging processes as needed. Apply labels and stickers accurately to products. Weigh finished boxes and label them with appropriate shipping information. Palletize packaged items according to established procedures. Organize and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. Strong attention to detail and quality. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 30-50 lbs. regularly. occasionally. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
