In this energetic position, you'll efficiently assemble and package to-go orders with precision and care, ensuring each guest receives their meal exactly as intended. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of quality, speed, and guest satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively hospitality environment focused on quick service and memorable guest interactions. Responsibilities Carefully pack and organize to-go orders according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Verify order details against customer requests and menu accuracy before packaging. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station to promote efficiency and safety. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely order completion. Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, providing excellent customer service and clear information about orders. Assist with inventory management by restocking packing supplies and notifying management of shortages. Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards consistently throughout your shift. Skills Previous experience in host/hostess roles or food service environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Good phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries courteously. Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services can be advantageous, demonstrating adaptability in guest-focused roles.
