Job Description

Grove City, OH (On-Site) Report to: Warehouse Manager Number of direct reports: 0 POSITION
PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for efficiently handling, picking, packing, and receiving goods within the warehouse. This role ensures products are properly stored, orders are accurately fulfilled, and inventory is effectively managed to support e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Picking & Packing Accurately pick products from shelves using an RF Gun. Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping. Scan, label, and prepare packages for shipment. Receiving Goods Accept and process incoming deliveries. Verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy. Unpack and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. Place stock into designated pick locations as directed by the RF Gun. Inventory Management Store products accurately in assigned warehouse locations. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records. Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits. Ensure all products meet quality standards prior to shipment. Report any inventory issues or discrepancies to the team leader or warehouse management. Warehouse Safety & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Store products in an accessible and identifiable manner. Immediately report any hazards to the line manager. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and responsibly. Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred but not required. Experience with RF scanning is an advantage but not essential. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Effective communication with supervisors and team members to follow safety protocols, receive training, and understand work instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required. Work Environment Requires regular physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Warehouse conditions may involve varying temperatures. Due to the value of inventory, random checks may be conducted.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Hours:
Warehouse operates between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM (schedule will vary based on workload).

To ensure safety and maintain a professional work environment, all warehouse employees are required to follow the dress code below: Required Clothing & Footwear Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes or steel-toe boots must be worn at all times for safety. Comfortable pants or durable jeans that allow for movement (no rips or excessive wear). Company-issued or plain T-shirts/polo shirts (no offensive graphics or logos).
