Picker & Packer CMI-HR Facility Solutions 6397 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, OH 43016 $16 an hour

• Full-time $16 an hour

• Full-time Schedule:

  Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM or until all orders are completed We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packers to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products based on order lists or scanning systems Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery Read and understand basic English instructions and order details Identify and handle barcodes correctly using scanners or manual processes Wrap pallets and packages following company standards Move and organize boxes, including lifting and stacking as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in picking and packing (required) Ability to read and understand basic English Familiarity with barcode systems and warehouse scanning tools Experience with wrapping (pallet wrapping or similar) Ability to lift and move boxes (physical work required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work until tasks are completed when needed
