Pick/Pack - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading manufacturing and production company in New Albany. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a professional factory and warehouse setting. Shift patterns 1st Shift 7:00am to 3:45pm Pay rates 14.50 USD hourly Essential requirements for Pick/Pack Are you able to stand 100% of the time? Are you able to lift up to 30lbs repetitively? Must be reliable Role for Pick/Pack Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products. Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards. Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations. Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting.
