Job Description We are currently hiring Shim Check Associates for a 3rd shift opportunity in St. Marys, Ohio. This position involves inspecting, sorting, and packing small automotive components to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of parts for defects or damage. Sort and separate components according to specifications. Pack finished products for shipment. Verify quantities and maintain accurate counts. Follow quality control procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
