Kitting / Repacking Associate Job Summary A growing manufacturer in the area is looking to fill multiple Kitting / Repacking Associate positions to support our expanding production team. Employees will work alongside coworkers at a production table performing visual inspection, kitting, repacking, packaging, and light assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail is important, as employees are responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the packaging process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, and staying active throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met Work with a team at a kitting/packaging table to assemble and repack products Complete basic assembly tasks as part of the packaging and kitting process Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials Package finished products according to company instructions Maintain consistent visual quality checks throughout the process Organize finished products and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Previous experience in packaging, kitting, repacking, warehouse, or manufacturing is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm motions Ability to lift boxes up to approximately 10 lbs. regularly Ability to bend, twist, and move throughout the shift as needed Why Join Our Team Growing company with multiple openings Team-oriented work environment Stable manufacturing work Opportunity to gain hands-on production experience #INDJen
