Position Overview The Production & Packaging Associate plays an essential role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations by preparing products and freight for shipment, maintaining packaging quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational flow. This hands-on role includes packaging, labeling, shipment preparation, warehouse organization, inventory support, and coordination of materials to ensure freight is prepared accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are highly valued.
