Job Summary Moon Dust is looking for dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team members to join our production and packaging team. This role is responsible for assisting with packaging, labeling, quality control, organization, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring for both day shift and night shift positions. Responsibilities Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards Label and prepare products for distribution Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift Follow all compliance, safety, and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory organization and material handling Inspect products for quality and consistency Meet daily production goals and deadlines Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Complete cleaning and end-of-shift responsibilities Follow all SOPs and company procedures Expectations Arrive on time and ready to work for scheduled shifts Maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must work well independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance is required Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Follow directions and communicate effectively with leadership

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
