Production & Packaging Associate Job Description:

As a Production & Packaging Associate, you will be tubing/labeling/bundling pre-rolls helping to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities:

Tube, label, and bundle pre-rolls Assist with order preparation and fulfillment Maintain an organized and clean work environment Support the production team as needed

Quality Control and Compliance:

Follow established guidelines to maintain consistent output quality. Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Teamwork and Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently. Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues.

Health and Safety:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

:

Reliable Transportation:

Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

OMMA Credentials:

Valid OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority) credentials.

Age Requirement:

Must be 21 years or older to work in a regulated cannabis environment.

Previous Experience:

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar role is a plus, especially in the cannabis industry. Attention to

Detail:

Ability to focus on precision and consistency, especially in weighing, packaging, and labeling tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workstation : Ensure all tools, surfaces, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and left in proper condition at the end of each shift.

Work Ethic:

Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and teamwork.

Compliance Knowledge:

Understanding of and willingness to comply with state regulations and cannabis industry standards.
