Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable Bakery Warehouse Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced bakery production environment. This role involves packaging, palletizing, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following food safety standards. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow GMPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality required Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Assist with bakery production and packaging operations Pack, label, and palletize finished bakery products Load and unload materials and supplies as needed Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas Follow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines Support inventory and material handling activities Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
