Schedule :
 Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (4 days on, 3 days off) This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Production Technician to support packaging and material handling operations. This position is responsible for filling containers with product, preparing materials for shipment, operating forklifts, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
Fill containers, bins, drums, and other packaging units with product Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Shrink-wrap and prepare finished products for shipment Perform material handling and staging of inventory Follow written and verbal work instructions Complete basic computer tasks, including data entry and tracking information Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic computer skills, including data entry Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Reliable transportation to and from work required Steel-toe boots required prior to start date
