Role Overview:

Pre-Roll Team Member We're looking for team members to help us in our pre-roll department. This position will grind material for pre-rolls and package pre-rolls or other products. If you are a fit, we may also consider training you on our RollPros Blackbird machine or infusion machine . This person will need to have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working with machinery. The Pre-Roll Department shifts start at 6:00AM and 7:00AM with 10-hours shifts, so we encourage early risers to apply! This position is ideal for someone who: Can work independently Has mechanical aptitude Enjoys challenging themselves to work quickly Is a quick study Has exceptional attention to detail Enjoys repetitive work

Work Schedule:

Full-Time Shift:

Four 10-hour shifts per week. (40 hrs)

Part-Time Shift:

Two-three 10-hour shifts per week. (20-30hrs) The shifts are 6 AM - 4:30 PM and/ or 7 AM - 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging products Grinding and sorting material to be rolled into joints Rolling and infusing joints, if you are a fit

Additional Duties May Include:

Assisting the grow teams at our Lowell or Eugene locations with plant work, sorting clones and preparing orders, packaging, cleaning, deliveries, or other tasks. Utilizing production machinery such as labeling machines and printers Rolling on our RollPros Blackbird machine if you are a fit

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience with packaging or production work is a plus If you are interested in rolling or infusing joints, previous experience with operating machinery and mechanical aptitude is a plus Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Ability to work overtime as needed Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Must be 21 years or older and eligible for an OLCC worker permit What We Offer FULL time: $17 per hour to start , this will be reassessed after 3 months of employment. Physical Job Requirements Standing, Sitting and Walking:

Ability to stand and/or sit up to 10 hours per day. Ability to walk or move around frequently, including down narrow aisles.

Lifting and Carrying:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to lift heavy objects from floor to waist level and from waist level to shoulder level.

Repetitive Movements:

Physiological capability to perform sustained repetitive work for 8-10 hours a day on every workday. This includes repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, including gripping, grasping, and fine motor tasks, and also repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching motions.

Manual Dexterity:

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform precision tasks. Ability to manipulate tools and equipment with precision.

Postural Requirements:

Ability to maintain various postures for extended periods, including sitting, standing, bending, squatting, and kneeling. Ability to perform tasks while in awkward or static positions, such as reaching over.

Strength and Endurance:

Adequate physical strength to exert force repeatedly without fatigue or ergonomic injury. Stamina to perform physical tasks continuously without experiencing undue fatigue.

Coordination and Balance:

Good balance, athleticism and coordination to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Ability to safely climb and balance on 10-foot ladders.

Sensory Abilities:

Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) to see details up close and at a distance. Good hearing ability (with or without hearing aids) to detect and respond to sounds and alarms. How to
