This role supports production needs during periods of increased demand and is temporary in nature, with employment duration based on business needs. Key responsibilities include accurately filling bags with product according to specified weights or quantities, operating sealing equipment, inspecting finished packages for quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The associate must follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality control requirements. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and reliability in meeting daily production goals. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
