{2059} Packaging/Forklift {Harrisburg, OR} & Day Shift

NW Industrial Staffing is seeking a Packaging/Forklift Operator for a large wood panel manufacturing facility in Harrisburg, Oregon. This well-established company has been in operation for more than 50 years and specializes in the finishing and coating of engineered wood products for both domestic and international markets. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that offers opportunities to develop a variety of skills beyond standard packaging duties. The role involves continuous movement throughout the workday and provides hands-on experience in multiple areas of the production process.

What we are seeking is:

1+ year in a production atmosphere. 6 months experience with handheld power tools, specifically nail guns and saws. A keen attention to detail to ensure that all parts are packaged correctly. Forklift and shipping experience is preferred. Load and unload trucks, flatbeds, curtain vans, and containers. Maintain accurate records of inventory. Operate forklifts to handle materials across operations. Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials. The ability to stand, bend, stoop, push, and pull for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift 60 lbs. The ability to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Great attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
