Packager

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Hemp Packaging Associates to support daily packaging and production operations in a fast-paced hemp manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing hemp products for distribution while maintaining compliance, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Package hemp products according to company and compliance standards Label, seal, weigh, and prepare products for shipment and distribution Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product integrity Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines Assist with inventory counts and material organization as needed Support production and fulfillment teams with additional tasks as assigned Accurately document production and packaging information Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to follow instructions and maintain compliance standards Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be 21 or older

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working in warehouse or production environments with varying temperatures

Work Environment & Schedule:

Fast-paced production and packaging environment May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on production needs PPE may be required depending on facility standards Key Traits for
