Job Description

Warehouse Packer Responsibilities Perform manual and automated packaging, labeling, filling, and assembly of pharmaceutical or clinical supply products in accordance with SOPs and cGMP standards. Operate, clean, and set up packaging and labeling equipment following established procedures and documentation requirements. Complete in-process inspections and quality checks, including verification of counts, weights, labeling accuracy, and product appearance. Maintain accurate documentation, including room logs, equipment logs, batch records, and inventory counts. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and cleanliness standards to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance. Perform cycle counts and component reconciliation to ensure accuracy and accountability of materials and finished products. Support room and equipment cleaning and sanitization in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Use computer systems for job sign-in, data entry, and tracking in-process actions. Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other departments to support inspections, audits, and production goals. Report deviations, quality concerns, or safety issues to leadership. Essential Skills Hand-eye coordination, dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands. Working mathematical skills for counting, adding, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages. Ability to interpret 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies. Ability to meet physical requirements with little or no exceptions or assistance. Capability to work independently or as part of a team in the completion of assigned tasks. Initiative, follow-through on commitments, and adaptability to changing circumstances. Ability to accept and learn from feedback, especially related to Corrective or Preventative Actions. Ability to work in Primary, Secondary, Refrigerated (2 to 8° C), and freezer (-20° C) environments. Ability to stand continuously, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds, bend frequently, squat, and reach above shoulder-level. Ability to read, comprehend, and execute the content of English work documents, including SOP's, work instructions, knowledge assessments (KA's), cGMP, safety procedures, etc. Additional Skills & Qualifications Personal Protective Equipment Certification (PPE) including but not limited to filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, half face masks, and safety glasses is required. Work Environment This position requires working in a clean room environment that necessitates gowning. Candidates must be comfortable working in a freezer environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, half face masks, and safety glasses. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
