Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Picker / Customer Service Associate to join our vape, smoke, and cigar warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, verified, and completed while providing excellent service to walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, physically capable of performing warehouse duties, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products according to customer order sheets and warehouse procedures. Ability to use RF scanners and tablets to pick products. Verify all orders twice before completion to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. Prepare and organize orders for customer pickup and fulfillment. Assist walk-in customers by locating products and fulfilling their orders promptly and accurately. Provide courteous, professional, and respectful customer service at all times. Explain product information and answer customer questions as needed. Support fellow warehouse team members and assist with general warehouse operations when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures, inventory controls, and safety guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Willingness to assist with various warehouse duties as needed. Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain products and assist customers confidently. English proficiency is mandatory. Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a strong advantage. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting. Physically active role involving lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. Frequent interaction with warehouse staff and walk-in customers. Team-oriented environment requiring flexibility and cooperation.
