Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Shipping Team Member to help prepare, package, and ship live insects safely to customers. This role requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and package live insects for shipping following TBC guidelines Ensure insects are handled safely and with care Maintain accurate shipping counts Lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 50 lbs.) safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Following safety and care protocols Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable working with live insects daily Physically able to lift 50 lbs., kneel, squat, and bend Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to work independently and with a team Basic math (count to 100) and tool-handling skills Fluent in English with clear communication Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed Benefits Paid Vacation
