Packing and Shipping Associate - Weekdays and Every Other Saturday Required

Salary Range Starting at $17-$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Saturday shifts pay an additional $1 per hour. A performance-based rate increase may be earned after 30 days, provided the employee demonstrates performance above satisfactory levels. Additional opportunities for advancement within the department may be available over time based on continued strong performance and expanded responsibilities. This is an active, fast-paced warehouse role in a fulfillment environment involving packing and shipping customer orders, consistent movement, and regular lifting up to 60 lbs in a non-climate-controlled setting. Company Information Powersports Monkey eCommerce is located in Carnegie, PA. We handle all the shipping and receiving needs of our customers nationwide. This fulfillment center is a fast-paced environment, focused on getting our customers their products in a timely and accurate manner. We provide parts, accessories, and apparel to the Powersports industry. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us grow and achieve our vision. We're looking for someone who can stay focused and productive in both situations. Schedule The warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Every other Saturday is required, with potential for additional Saturdays depending on business demand. When scheduled to work Saturday, employees will receive one designated weekday off (Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday), or two half-days totaling 8-10 hours during the week. The warehouse is closed on Sundays.

Flexible full-time schedule:

34-42 hours per week with possible overtime available. Daily Responsibilities Accurately pack and ship customer orders according to company guidelines using specific methods outlined in training. Confirm product and package dimensions using a tape measure to meet shipping guidelines. Pick up and handle items up to 60 pounds. Perform physically demanding packaging tasks that require force to meet dimensional requirements. Additional Responsibilities Assist with unloading UPS and FedEx deliveries for the returns department (Monday through Friday). Support the returns department with inspection tasks during afternoon downtime. Working Conditions Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent bending, walking, and standing for long periods. Repetitive hand motions involving taping, folding, and packaging boxes. Requires lifting and handling items up to 60 pounds. Continuous movement throughout the workday. Work Style & Feedback This position requires frequent communication and coordination with management, including review and feedback from supervisors. The role involves regular back-and-forth and careful checking of completed work by management. Candidates should be comfortable receiving constructive feedback and open to adjusting tasks.
