In this energetic role, you will be responsible for meticulously packing high-end beauty items, ensuring each order meets our quality standards and is ready for swift shipment. Your dedication will help uphold our reputation for excellence in luxury beauty distribution, creating a seamless experience from warehouse to customer doorstep. Responsibilities Carefully select and prepare luxury beauty products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and integrity of each order. Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, adhering to packaging standards specific to delicate beauty products. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners to efficiently handle materials and organize inventory. Conduct quality control checks during packing to verify product condition and accuracy before dispatch. Load and unload shipments safely using heavy equipment operation skills, including forklifts and heavy lifting techniques. Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with safety regulations, supporting shipping & receiving operations and warehouse distribution flow. Experience Prior experience in warehouse management or distribution centers is preferred, especially within luxury or beauty product environments. Hands-on experience with order picker equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mechanical knowledge related to materials handling is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in picking & packing, stock replenishment, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control processes. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and load & unload activities throughout shifts. Previous warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles in warehouse distribution are a plus but not required.
