Job Description Posted Thursday, May 28, 2026, 12:00 AM Come Join the Winning Team! Carpenter & Paterson Inc. is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to work out of our warehouses in Donora, PA. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
Managing paperwork from customers and vendors Loading and unloading trucks Pulling orders and prepping for shipment Receives inventory and store products in designated areas Keep work area clean and orderly Maintain a healthy and safe working environment Perform other related duties as assigned
Days/Shift:
Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a similar work environment preferred Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed. Willingness to learn the warehouse products Self-motivated Punctual and courteous Team player mentality a must; communication, collaboration, and motivation to follow through critical. Be able to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision.
Physical Requirements :
Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must have good hand/eye coordination.
