Picker and Packer Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing partial orders, utilizing an RF scanner, and preparing shipments for FedEx. Responsibilities Pick partial orders accurately and efficiently. Pack items securely for shipment. Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory. Prepare orders for shipment using FedEx. Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization. Essential Skills Experience in picking and packing. Proficiency with RF scanners. Knowledge of order picking and packaging processes. Familiarity with FedEx shipping procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in warehouse packing. Skills in material handling and labeling. Work Environment This position is located in a small, clean, and organized warehouse dedicated to distributing light bulbs and other electronics. The team is comprised of up to 12 employees, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
