Job Description

Job Description The Robotic Case Packer Operator is responsible for the efficient and safe operation, setup, and maintenance of the robotic case packer machinery. This role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and secure working environment. The operator must be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Work schedule:
Days - Monday thru Friday Hours - 8:50 pm to no later than 6:30 am or when orders are completed Responsibilities Set up and operate the robotic case packer in accordance with current production needs. Collaborate with the production coordinator to verify and organize all necessary materials at the correct lines before and during the shift. Operate multiple case packers simultaneously and perform manual packing as required to maintain productivity. Change programs and make proper adjustments to the case packers when switching between different products. Safety and Quality Control Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times by promptly addressing spills, disposing of trash, and aiding in small-scale rework. Ensure all machine guards are properly in place and remain on the machinery at all times. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the robotic case packers to ensure continuous operation. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving production goals. Self-motivated and able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Qualifications Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift. Capable of occasionally lifting, carrying, and moving up to 40 pounds.
