Warehouse Packer

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Packer in Greencastle, PA . This position is a great opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in doing quality work. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused throughout long shifts. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a huge plus.

The Day-to-Day:

Pack eggs efficiently and safely according to company standards Load packed products onto conveyor belts for processing and distribution Inspect products for quality and report any defects or concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift Follow all safety procedures, production guidelines, and company policies Work with team members to meet daily production goals Handle products carefully to help ensure accuracy and quality Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours or more Able to work in a fast-paced production setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or with a team Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay Rate:

$14.00 per hour

Schedule:
