7:00 a.m.•2:30 p.m. As a Pallet Builder, you will be responsible for constructing pallets according to specified designs and quality standards. This is a production-based position designed for individuals who want to manage and maximize their earnings through productivity. While paid training is provided, this role is intended for candidates who are motivated by performance-based pay. After the training period, compensation will transition to a piece-rate structure, meaning your earnings are directly tied to the number of pallets you successfully build. The more efficiently and accurately you work, the greater your earning potential. Builders are expected to work safely, efficiently, and either independently or with a partner depending on pallet size and complexity. Primary Job Responsibilities Build pallets according to specifications provided by the scheduling team. Read, understand, and follow detailed pallet build instructions. Inspect materials to ensure proper length and thickness, including identifying wood thicknesses (½" vs. ¾"). Safely and properly operate pneumatic nail guns and select correct nail sizes based on material and specifications. Return nail guns to the locked nail gun cage at the end of each shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Work on your feet at a fast, consistent pace for the duration of the shift. Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the shift. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Experience using a pneumatic nail gun preferred. Ability to meet fast-paced productivity standards.
