Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient packaging, labeling, and shipping of automotive parts and accessories. Your efforts will help maintain our reputation for quality and timely delivery while supporting our warehouse operations with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Prepare products for shipment by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Verify items and quantities against packing lists or work orders Properly package stainless steel exhaust systems with heavy parts to prevent damage during transit Assist with staging, organizing, and loading outbound shipments Carrying boxed exhaust systems, moving, and palletizing boxes up to 75lbs Participation in opportunities to improve accuracy, labor time reduction, and streamlining initiatives Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Communicate discrepancies or issues to the Shipping Supervisor Performing transactions in Epicor MES Support other warehouse or shipping tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes. Basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating weights, or measuring dimensions accurately. Warehouse experience involving stock management, load & unload operations, and order picking & packing is essential.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to approximately 25 - 75 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks We believe in building better together.
