Warehouse Packer

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately packing products, preparing shipments, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the overall flow of warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Carefully pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and verify orders efficiently Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools for loading and unloading materials Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting stock counts Collaborate with shipping & receiving teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and packaging standards Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Skills Experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking Strong materials handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse distribution practices Mechanical knowledge useful for troubleshooting equipment issues Prior warehouse experience with picking & packing, stocking, and quality control procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety guidelines Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and packing tasks This role offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact customer satisfaction.
