Job Description
Position Summary Carclo is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Inspector/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting molded plastic parts for quality and packaging finished goods according to customer and company standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that only high-quality products are shipped to our customers. We have openings at our Latrobe, Export and Greensburg facilities. Key Responsibilities Inspect plastic components for defects, quality issues, and compliance with specifications Follow work instructions, visual aids, and quality standards Package finished products accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete required documentation and production records Communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Support team members and assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and counting skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work the 12-Hour Shifts (7 AM-7 PM / 7 PM-7 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Frequent use of hands for inspection and packaging Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed inspection work
