Picker/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and /or preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, warehouse management systems, and a variety of handling tools in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently Select items for customer orders with precision using order picker tools and knowledge to ensure correct quantities and specifications Pack products securely following packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit while maintaining quality control standards Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for dispatch Maintain a clean and organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing materials handling tasks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks, unloading supplies, and coordinating with warehouse supervisors on stock movements Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is

REQUIRED

Proficiency in using RF scanners, order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery such as forklifts or reach trucks is highly desirable Understanding of proper materials handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail for order fulfillment accuracy and quality control checks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus Join our team as a Picker/Packer where your energy fuels our success!
