Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Packer / Laborer and become a vital part of our manufacturing and packaging operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products, preparing materials for shipment, and supporting various warehouse functions. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth production flows. Responsibilities Carefully pack finished products using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks. Use forklifts safely to move pallets, raw materials, or finished goods within the warehouse. Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines and equipment to identify potential issues or defects. Assist in inventory management by organizing warehouse stock and preparing items for shipment or storage. Support manufacturing processes by assembling components as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools are highly advantageous. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus. Understanding of packaging processes, assembly techniques, and inventory management. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand, lift(60 lbs.), bend, and perform manual tasks.
