Order Picker — Ecommerce Fulfillment ShipDaddy LLC About the Role ShipDaddy is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider handling order fulfillment for ecommerce brands. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using an iPad and wrist-mounted scanner, helping ensure every package goes out correct and on time. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who likes staying active and takes pride in accuracy. What You'll Do Pick items for customer orders using an iPad and wrist scanner to navigate the warehouse and confirm correct products and quantities Verify SKUs, quantities, and order details to maintain a high accuracy rate Stage picked orders for packing and shipment Keep pick locations and aisles clean, organized, and properly stocked Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or low stock to your supervisor Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Follow all warehouse safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Comfortable using handheld technology (iPad, scanner) — training provided Ability to work independently and stay on task in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and a team player Basic English reading and number recognition for matching SKUs and order details Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Able to bend, reach, kneel, and twist throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperatures may vary seasonally)
