Do:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions Record production data and report issues to supervisors Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained) Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Job Flexibility Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. The Skills You'll Need:

Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.) Ability to work in a team environment Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel. Proficient with basic math and arithmetic.
