Job Description
Sentech, Inc. is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Production Assembler / Coil Winder / Packer to join our Sensor Manufacturing Team. This role is primarily responsible for operating coil winding equipment, performing precision assembly work, completing epoxy filling (potting) processes, and packaging finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings to support high-quality manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate coil winding machinery to produce components according to specifications Perform small-scale mechanical and electromechanical assembly, including precision hand work Execute epoxy filling/potting processes to complete assemblies Package completed units for shipment in accordance with company procedures Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications Use small hand tools for detailed assembly tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety requirements, environmental guidelines, and company policies Support team objectives and production deadlines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. occasionally Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions Experience using hand tools for precision assembly work Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good organizational and time management skills Manufacturing, assembly, or coil winding experience preferred (but not required) U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident About Sentech, Inc.
