Shift Position Summary:

The Packer is responsible for packaging finished products efficiently and accurately while maintaining quality and food safety standards. This role supports production by ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack finished products according to company standards and production needs Inspect products for quality before packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work closely with team members and Line Lead to keep production running smoothly Assist with stacking, labeling, and palletizing as needed

Qualifications:

Previous production or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed Dependable with strong teamwork skills
