BACK Pick & Pack Warehousing & Logistics Carlisle, Pennsylvania Temporary May 14, 2026 Pick Pack Opportunity in Carlisle PA Job Summary The Production Line Picker/Packer is responsible for removing finished PVC pipes from the production line, inspecting them for quality, organizing them by size or order, and packaging them for shipment. This role ensures products are handled safely, meet quality standards, and are prepared accurately for storage or distribution.
Wage:
$20 per hour 1st shift: 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Pick finished PVC pipes directly from the production line. Inspect pipes for visible defects such as cracks, deformities, discoloration, or incorrect lengths. Sort and organize pipes according to size, type, or production batch. Bundle, strap, or package pipes according to company standards. Label bundles or packages for inventory and shipping purposes. Stack packaged pipes on pallets safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area around the production line. Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus. Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Communicate with line operators and supervisors regarding product quality or production issues. Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed.
