Order Picker/Inventory

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker/Inventory to join our team at a reputable agricultural cooperative. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and preparation of customer orders, as well as assisting in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer order sheets, pick lists, or RF scanners. Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are securely wrapped, boxed, and labeled correctly to prevent damage. Stage picked orders in the designated shipping or will-call areas.

Inventory Control:

Perform daily cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory counts. Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and inspecting for damage.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members, warehouse leads, and supervisors to complete daily tasks. Communicate effectively with the shipping, receiving, and customer service departments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay:

$21.78 - $25.82 per hour
