Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Packer/Sorter to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, sorting, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth production flow, uphold safety protocols, and guarantee that only top-quality items reach our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, organization, and quality assurance are at the forefront of daily operations. Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Sort items accurately based on size, type, or batch specifications Conduct quality inspections utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications Record data collection details related to product dimensions, weight, and inspection results to support quality management systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with ISO 13485, HACCP, and other safety standards Assist in conducting quality audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 and CGMP guidelines Collaborate with quality control teams to identify defects or deviations from FDA regulations and implement corrective actions as needed Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers, vision inspection systems, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is highly desirable Knowledge of industry standards including
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality management systems will be advantageous Strong analysis skills with attention to detail to identify product discrepancies and ensure compliance with quality specifications Ability to perform precise measurements and data collection accurately in fast-paced settings Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality assurance and control Join us in a role where your dedication to precision and quality makes a real difference! Pay:
$25.12 - $32.64 per hour
