Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Packer/Sorter to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently sorting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth production flow, uphold product integrity, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality goods to customers worldwide. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, teamwork, and quality assurance are at the forefront of daily operations. Responsibilities Sort and pack products accurately according to specifications, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and quality. Conduct quality inspections using data collection tools and vision systems to identify defects or deviations from standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and
ISO 9001
standards. Assist in performing quality audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to QA/QC processes. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to document inspection results and support root cause analysis for product discrepancies. Follow FDA regulations andISO 13485
guidelines to ensure all packaging processes meet industry-specific compliance requirements. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with calibration and use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Knowledge of quality systems includingISO 9001, QA/QC
procedures, and quality management principles. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify issues through visual inspection systems and data analysis tools. Experience working under strict regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, ISO 13485 (medical devices), or HACCP (food safety) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety protocols.
