Job Summary We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Packers/Sorters. In this role, you will help prepare, organize, sort, and pack products for shipment or storage in a safe and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level employment, returning to the workforce, or exploring a new career path. Responsibilities Sort products, packages, or materials according to established guidelines Pack items carefully and securely for shipment or storage Inspect items for visible damage or quality concerns Label packages and organize products in designated areas Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with loading, unloading, or moving items as needed Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily goals Report any issues or concerns to a supervisor Perform other general warehouse or production support tasks as assigned Skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail when sorting and packing items Ability to stay organized and manage routine tasks Dependable and committed to workplace safety Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities No experience required — all necessary training will be provided
