Warehouse Order Picker

Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness Operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials with mechanical knowledge and adherence to safety protocols Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory management, and quality control procedures within the warehouse management system Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying order accuracy, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring proper packaging standards are met Support warehouse distribution activities by fulfilling order picking & packing tasks while adhering to safety guidelines Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment operation and perform basic maintenance or report issues to warehouse supervisors Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations such as order fulfillment, picking & packing, or stock management Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient inventory tracking Ability to operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools with proper certification if required Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with quality control standards in a distribution environment Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent attention to detail combined with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
