Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Your energetic approach will help ensure that products are prepared accurately for shipment, maintaining the high standards our company is known for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our production process, contributing to the seamless flow of goods from manufacturing to delivery. Duties Carefully inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and packaging specifications Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble and prepare items for packaging Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to transport materials within the facility Follow packaging procedures aligned with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote safety and productivity Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of packing tasks and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools required Familiarity with packaging processes within regulated environments such as FDA standards preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items consistently throughout shifts Join us if you're eager to contribute your mechanical skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and help deliver quality products efficiently!
