40 hours per week Worksman Cycles, founded in 1898, is the oldest and largest bicycle manufacturer in America. We proudly build our legendary bicycles and industrial tricycles right here in Conway, South Carolina. We are currently looking for a dependable, hard-working Bicycle/Tricycle Packer to join our production and shipping team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in making sure our cycles are properly inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers. Position Summary The Bicycle/Tricycle Packer is responsible for inspecting finished cycles, gathering the correct accessories, boxing products, and assisting with loading and unloading as needed. We are looking for a self-motivated team member who can stay focused, work efficiently, and get the job done with limited direct supervision. Previous packing, warehouse, or shipping experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Inspect bicycles and tricycles for quality before packing. Pull and verify necessary accessories for each order. Carefully pack cycles and accessories into boxes according to company procedures. Prepare packed products for shipping. Assist with loading and unloading containers, trailers, and deliveries. Use proper lifting and handling techniques to protect products and maintain safety. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area. Work with the production and shipping teams to meet daily goals. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements Packing, warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and shipping environment. Strong attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and established packing procedures. Self-motivated and able to work with limited direct supervision. Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation is required. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime may be available, including occasional Saturdays. Starting Pay range is $8.50 to $9.50 After 90 days, a salary review will be completed. Why Join Worksman Cycles?
