Job Description

Shifts hours:
1st- 7:00am- 3:00pm Responsibilities Removes finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items. Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, and gluing. Sort, grade, weigh, inspect products, verify, and adjust product weight or measurement to meet specifications. Stack finished packaged. Package the product in the form in which it will be sent out. Count and record finished and rejected packaged items. Remove finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items. Supply materials to spiral conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices. Monitor continuous metal detection, record, and report deviations to supervisor.Work Environment:
While performing the duties of the job, the associate is exposed to the manufacturing floor. Previous experience in manufacturing/production is preferred but not required Good understanding of how production works Ability to stand for long amounts of time Knowledge of safety rules and precautionary measures Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screenEssential Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Computer Skills, math, and writing skills required. Able to lift 50 pounds of raw material bags. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask on any type of project. Meet packing deadlines.Physical demands and work environment:
