Job Description

Packer Position Shifts:
7AM-7:15 PM and 7PM - 7:15 AM ( Both day and night shift Openings)
Pay:
$16.00 Job Summary The Production Packer is responsible for packing finished products from the production line into boxes or containers according to company quality and safety standards. This role supports efficient production operations by ensuring products are properly inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pack finished products from the production line into designated packaging. Inspect products for defects, contamination, or damage before packing. Ensure correct product count and proper packaging configuration. Label boxes and containers accurately according to product specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Notify supervisors or quality personnel of product defects or equipment issues. Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and basic production support as needed. Stack and palletize finished product boxes for transport. Follow all food safety and manufacturing guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic counting and inspection skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Frequent lifting of up to 25-40 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to bend, reach, and move materials throughout the shift. Work Environment Manufacturing production environment. Exposure to machinery, moving production lines, and moderate noise levels. May require working overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts based on production Employees must wear: Hair net Beard net (if applicable) Ear plugs Safety glasses Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes We will provide the hair nets, beard nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses . The employee will need to bring their own shoes .
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
