Warehouse Picker and Order Processer

Overview We are a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse seeking a Warehouse Floater to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn all areas of warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities:

Rotate between different warehouse departments daily, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. Assist with loading/unloading trucks, stocking inventory, staging shipments, and order picking. Conduct cycle counts and inventory management to ensure accuracy. Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures . Support team members and management as needed.

Requirements:

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods. ✔ Must be flexible and willing to take on different tasks daily. ✔ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. ✔ Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required —we'll train the right person!

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate:

$14.50 per hour After 1-2 weeks of training: $16.00 per hour

Full-time employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM, Monday-Friday).

Overtime may be available but is not common.
