Order Picker

Our client is currently seeking or in need of an Order Picker in Greer, South Carolina for a steady full-time opportunity on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some Saturday availability required. This position pays $17.00 per hour and is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving warehouse environment where accuracy, teamwork, and reliability matter every day. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling order fulfillment responsibilities from picking and packing to labeling and staging shipments for dispatch. The Day-to-Day:

Accurately pick stock items from shelves or bins using pick tickets or handheld scanners Operate stock picking equipment, including manual or powered equipment such as order pickers or cherry pickers Select inventory based on order specifications while maintaining complete accuracy Pack goods securely using the proper materials to protect products during transit Apply labels, verify shipping information, and stage completed orders for outgoing shipment Perform final quality checks to confirm correct items, quantities, and packaging Load and unload trucks on occasion when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to support safety and efficiency Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines Assist with cycle counts and restocking duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail for accurate picking and packing Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently Clear communication skills when working with supervisors and coworkers Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Warehouse or logistics experience is helpful, but not required Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining strong quality standards Basic computer and scanner skills

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour
