The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified candidate for our Utility- Packer position.

Position Snapshot:

Under supervision, this entry level position will count and package parts to customer specification. Continuously interacts with production, planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

Count and package parts to be shipped to customer Be available for flexible hours and over-time as needed.

• Perform all duties according to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by plant management

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years manufacturing/production experience, preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision
• The ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to make a difference
• The ability to adapt to new/difficult situations
• Ability to count and pack parts to customer specs.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
• The ability to focus attention on detailed requirements and tasks
• Ability to comply with all facility safety and environmental rules
• Other duties as assigned by plant management.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position will require continuous standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, working overhead and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Frequent pushing/pulling of a moving cart and moving/lifting equipment.
